I am an experienced and empathic Psychotherapist.  I bring a high level of training, and insight to the work of understanding and overcoming obstacles in your life. Some areas of specialty Include:

  • Difficult or narcissistic parents or partners

    • I help the Adult Child of a Narcissistic parent by affirming their unique predicament of having grown up in a ‘hostage’ situation, helping then set appropriate boundaries with the toxic parent and healing the trauma so that they can experience the freedom to find out who they are, and follow their own unique agenda without guilt.

  • Depression, Anxiety
  • Transgender, Gay and Lesbian issues, Surgery evaluation letters

    • I help Trans and Gender Variant Clients by navigating the family and workplace challenges such as coming out, maintaining relationships, navigating the medical and legal worlds and dealing with internalized Transphobia so that they can experience a significant lessening of Gender Dysphoria in their day to day lives and live (as much as they want) in their authentically felt gender.
