A Note on Insurance

I have a few slots open for managed care (HMO) insurance.

I am in-network on the following panels:

Aetna, Cigna, Fidelis, Meritain, Oxford, Oscar and United.

(This is current as of 3/25/25)

For these spots you would pay their co-pay (or no co-pay), and I bill insurance for the rest.  Some of these insurers now have deductibles on outpatient mental health – depending on your plan.  Please check with me to see if I have any openings.

For all other (PPO type insurance or out-of-pocket payments)

You pay for therapy directly (Check, cash or paypal) and I will give you a statement to submit to your insurer who then reimburses you directly.

Please contact your insurer first to find out:

• If they would reimburse for our sessions.
• How many sessions you are eligible for
• If you have a deductible – and how much it is.
