Individual Therapy
This therapy is just for YOU.
For some people, this might be the first time in their life they’ve had a space that is just for them, especially if they had a Narcissistic or Toxic parent.
Individual therapy provides a one-on-one setting designed to help you address any issues you may be experiencing.
People seek individual therapy for many reasons. Some may have past experiences that make it difficult to move forward. Others are dissatisfied with their inability to make changes, set and accomplish goals, learn to cope with the challenges they face, or need to talk about various options.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Each person is unique, and my role is to work together to find the best way to help you make the changes necessary to live the life you want. You are welcome to ask questions along the way; this is a collaborative process.

We go at your pace.
Past trauma can be overwhelming, and working through trauma takes time. That’s why it’s essential that you feel safe every step of the way.
I’m super attuned to how you are reacting to what’s coming up and try not to make it too uncomfortable.
I’m a psychoanalytically trained therapist, so I have an eye on what’s unconscious – the feelings hidden and fueling current patterns in relationships. In many cases, those feelings may stem from old patterns in your family when you were young. Part of therapy involves bringing these hidden items out into the light.
Initially, I’ll ask many questions to get to know you and understand your goals. Then, as we progress, I’ll keep you posted on what I think we’re working on and where I see it going.

Be a good friend to yourself.
Starting individual therapy is a great way to partner with someone who has your best interests at heart.
Finding the underlying causes that keep you stuck takes time, but the results are worth the effort and can be life-changing.
Please feel free to contact me so we can get started. There’s no reason to ponder “what ifs” alone silently. Let me take this journey with you.
